We offer a wide range of laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and more. Our laboratory is accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
We provide state-of-the-art imaging services including X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI scans using state-of-the-art equipment with highly trained staff.
Our pathology services include tissue diagnosis, cytology, and hematology. Our expert pathologists provide accurate and timely diagnoses using advanced techniques.
At the time of registration, we need to register with PDCL. You provide personal information including your name, date of birth, contact information, and medical history. We collect all information that you voluntarily provide to us, which is primarily your username, contact number via phone or email, date of birth, gender, and address via our services, except as required by law.

Cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation fees can include up to 50% of the procedure or service costs in some circumstances.
We will advise you by payment terms and conditions received from PDCL. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment must be made at the time of service or at the time of appointment. All services are subject to current fee schedules.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal and medical information. We follow strict administrative safeguards. Your information will be disclosed without consent, except as required by law or to provide services. We have the right to use certain and medical records.
You have the right to access and review your medical records. Submit written request to our medical records department. There may be a charge for copying records. You can also authorize release of records to other healthcare providers by completing our authorization form.
While we will provide care to the best of our abilities, We cannot guarantee clinical outcomes or their results through any free service to you.
PDCL is liable for only proven liability for loss. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These terms are governed by Bangladesh law, with disputes resolved exclusively in designated courts.
If any provision is invalid, it will be removed while remaining provisions stay in effect.
